Awesome business. Received my fully upgraded iMac just two days after placing the order, and it was packed really well. I had to call tech support to get a gentle nudge about turning on my keyboard to pair it—oops! Other than that, everything's spot on, and if I were to suggest a place for a refurbished Mac, you all would be my top pick... now, back to Hogwarts! ;-)

I really can't complain about the cost or how smoothly the machine operates. Everything arrived in excellent shape except for the screen, which had a few marks. Still, it functions perfectly fine—just my little OCD kicking in. I did have to update the operating system to get Logic Pro X running, but now it's all good. My only issue was with the delivery service. Honestly, all couriers seem to be a bit of a mess, and it could've been worse, but this one didn't let me choose a delivery time or give me an estimated arrival. They kept trying to drop it off while I was at work. Eventually, I had to ask them to take it to the depot so I could pick it up myself, which took way longer than it should have.

I purchased a refurbished MacBook Air from Back Market, supplied by Mac Store UK. When I unboxed it, I noticed two keys were damaged, which didn’t really bug me too much, but it seemed like it had taken a hit from something heavy before. The real kicker came after charging it for an hour; the laptop just wouldn’t respond at all. I kept it plugged in, but still nothing. I sent it back three days ago and haven’t heard a peep about whether they got it or if there’s an issue, plus no word on a refund. I usually love reconditioned gadgets and the folks who sell them, but this experience has really shaken my trust in Back Market and suppliers like Mac Store UK. How can they say a product is refurbished when it won’t even start? Plus, both sites make it impossible to get in touch with them, and their customer service is just non-existent. Instead of the warm, personal touch they advertise on their sites and in their automated messages, they come off as just faceless companies cashing in on used tech that clearly isn’t being properly inspected, with zero follow-up care. I’m super disappointed and will escalate this if I don’t hear back from either of them.

After reading some reviews calling Mac Store UK a "fraud," I felt it was important to share my own experience, which was fantastic.

Honestly, I can't find anything to complain about. When I tried to order a 64GB RAM MacBook Pro directly from Apple, they told me it would take several weeks and wouldn't show up until the day after my gig. But Mac Store came through for me! They managed to get me the exact MacBook Pro I wanted (even in the right color!) in just a few days. It actually arrived a whole week before my event. I'm super happy!

I had a fantastic time with the awesome folks at Mac Store. I purchased my iMac from them back in 2020. Lately, I ran into some trouble booting up the system, and they were super eager to help me out. The customer support was top-notch, and a huge shoutout to Jon for taking care of me.

I run a small business and needed a 2021 iMac with 16GB RAM for a project abroad. I looked around, and macstoreuk seemed to have the best offer - or so I believed. I 'ordered' one on September 5th, expecting it to arrive by the 13th or 14th. Now, as I write this on the 15th, I'm overseas WITHOUT my iMac. I reached out to 'Jon' nearly every day for help. He replied to about one in six messages... When I finally got a hold of him, he said there was no tracking number and promised to follow up. How can something so valuable not have insurance or a tracking number?! This feels really sketchy. My company's project has totally flopped because of them.

Seriously, DO NOT buy from here. It's highly doubtful I'll ever see my iMac or my money again. Even if I do, this still gets a bad review due to the awful service.

Total disaster.
